The concept was to design a beautifully detailed and contemporary home, around the large gumtree right in the centre of the site. As the light hits the branches and enters the beautifully glazed home, the shadows create a beautiful movement throughout each and every space. With glass ceilings and full-height windows, the user is always able to feel like they are in a luxury treehouse. Dark colours and beautiful brass details are used throughout the home to contrast against the natural materials on the exterior and the surrounding nature.
